In 2019, I headed a project called ARSA Merch, which was the official project that ideates and sells the Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA)'s merchandise. As the project head, I designed, marketed, and sold these products ranging from t-shirts to accessories.
By using elements that the target market could heavily relate to, I was able to bring in ₱50,000 in profits over 2 months of pre-orders, selling, and deliveries.
The photography of the DP blasts and promotional material were directed in a way that was representative of how the community of dormers use the physical space of the dormitories and it's various objects.
By making use of ambassador marketing and early-bird pricing, our team was able to incite excitement for the yet-to-released products.
