ARSAFest 2020: Salinlahi

I created the main branding for ARSAFest 2020: Salinlahi by drawing inspiration from colonial Filipino posters, typography, and packagings.

A celebration of music, fun, and culture.

ARSAFest is one of the Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA)'s flagship projects where I was one of the Promotions Heads. My role entailed translating the team's decided upon theme into the event's visual branding.

In the case of the main logo, I drew inspiration from both old Filipino posters and modern Filipino typography.

The event's main display photo incorporates many aspects of the event—from the day and night activities, the advocacies it meant to give back to (ocean pollution and sustainability), to the main elements of its three sub-events: food, fun, and music.

I was also put in charge of the branding for kung 'di man the event's culmination night and mini-concert. I digitally drew out everything from the elements on the main poster to the merchandise designs.
